ql-align-justify"> Education functions as a social system which absorbs knowledge from society to create educational programs.Through my work as a public school teacher I have observed how teaching methods and learning spaces develop through time while educational technology brings both advantages and obstacles to these transformations. The educational tools Learning Management Systems and e-textbooks and video lectures and adaptive learning platforms create opportunities for advanced learning yet those tools do not guarantee better educational outcomes. Our primary focus as educators centers on developing educational experiences through classroom integration of these technologies.

I experience daily classroom conflicts between standard teaching methods and modern student-centered educational methods while I teach science to students at my resource-limited public school. The didactic teaching method requires me to present lessons which students must then memorize while it proves effective for teaching essential content to students who need extra support. Students who study through reflexive pedagogy develop better understanding because this method enables them to investigate content through group work and personal discovery. Students learn through modern technologies which include flipped classrooms and adaptive quizzes because these tools let them study material at their own speed while they participate in active learning. The tools require proper design to prevent them from turning into tools which support traditional methods of learning through rote memorization and unengaged studying. The learning experience which students have with interactive simulations and discussion boards depends on my ability to promote dialogue and experimentation and critical thinking skills in students who normally complete tasks according to my directions.

The changes show that technology remains neutral because it does not possess inherent goodness or capacity to create change until educators select their teaching methods. Teachers can create customized learning experiences and conduct real-time progress monitoring while enabling student collaboration through cloud computing and big data and machine-mediated assessment technologies which require educational institutions to move away from traditional teacher-led instruction toward student-centered learning approaches. My classroom transformations demonstrate that basic classroom improvements, which include student-created experiments using recycled materials, and small group discussions, make reflexive learning accessible to students while enhancing their comprehension of subjects. The essential lesson shows that educational institutions need more than technological advancements because teachers need to design their learning spaces, which enable students to navigate their educational journey while receiving enough support for their studies.

Digital tools have changed education today and this transformation requires teachers to develop new teaching methods. Public school teachers need to understand that new technologies create better opportunities for students to learn through personalized methods. Students learn better when we move beyond basic memorization techniques to provide them with opportunities to build their own understanding while they practice solving real-world problems and develop essential skills needed for success in the 21st century. Technology becomes an effective educational instrument when educational institutions use it to create learning environments that prioritize student needs.
