Use of Electronic Devices – In modern education, teaching and learning are no longer effective without technology, as today’s generations are already accustomed to using devices such as cellphones, laptops, tablets, and more.

Digital Learning Tools – These are effective ways to capture the interest of students today because they make learning engaging through quizzes, games, animations, and videos suited to their generation.

Differentiated Instruction – Today’s youth, especially Generation Alpha, have shorter attention spans. As a teacher, it is necessary to vary the ways of teaching, as repetition alone is no longer effective. For example: using videos, games, projects, lectures, group work, and hands-on activities. Their attention is captured when new activities are introduced, sparking their interest toward long-term learning based on the topic.

Learning does not stop as long as you live in this world. Every minute, hour, and day brings new knowledge and experiences. As a teacher empowered by the influence of wisdom, it is essential that we start by acquiring this knowledge ourselves. We cannot teach what we do not know. It is challenging, but we must embrace the reality of the profession we have sworn to uphold—not only for our own growth but also for the development of our students.
