The learners Diversity refers to the difference among the students in the classroom environment. The diversity between the learners how they learn, participate, and understand lessons. The learners diversity emphasize that not all the learners learn in the way. This concept introduce the respect between individual’s differences. This approach in education are necessary because its helps the teacher and students create a better and fairer learning environment for everyone. As a teacher when we understand the learners are different, we can teach and learn more effectively. The equity and equality can also related to this concept. Since students have different abilities teacher should identify their needs defend on their backgrounds.

The learner’s diversity also founded and supported by different theory. The constructivist Theory is connected because it say that learners build their own understanding based on experiences, background, and prior knowledge. The diversity of learners also emphasize the multiple intelligence for the students which is also the concept of multiple intelligence theory. In this idea it provide a idea that all students learn the same way, so equal treatment is not always fair. Equity helps address these differences.
