Learning Through Imitation, Integration, and Reflection: Mimesis, Synthesis, and Reflexivity in Curriculum

In learning, curriculum practices often use mimesis, synthesis, and reflexivity, which show how students gain, apply, and question knowledge.

Mimesis is about learning by copying or imitating. Aristotle explained that people learn by observing and copying actions, and St. Benedict highlighted that teachers guide students through modeling.
