finance capital considers AI to be the best source of growth in the economy in general
monopoly capitalists are intentionally using AI to expand and tighten their interests as a small percentage of the less than one percent of US and world citizens
AI is a US-centric tool used to enhance and expand US domination of internet and digital interactions
AI may well be the end point in the history of imperialism

Attentive readers will have noted two points informing the above list: 1) there are no sources for these claims, because they are derived from many public discussions in mainstream media and global academic discussions; 2) Marxist political economy is applied to AI because it is the primary analytical tool for exploring power in society.
