ql-align-justify">Nowadays, I have personally experienced significant changes in the nature of education, both as a student and as a teacher. As a student, learning is no longer limited to listening to lectures and memorizing information, instead, it has become more interactive, reflective, and meaningful. One of the best examples of this change is self-paced learning, where I am required to take responsibility for my own studies by carefully engaging with course materials and attentively listening to video lessons to gain deeper understanding. I now participate more actively in discussions, including online interactions, collaborative tasks, and learning activities that encourage critical thinking and allow me to express my own ideas. Technology has also greatly influenced my learning experience by providing access to resources, lessons, and information anytime and anywhere.

As a teacher, I have observed a clear shift in my role inside the classroom. Rather than being the sole source of knowledge, I now see myself as a facilitator who guides students through well-designed and purposeful learning experiences. I intentionally create activities that allow my students to explore, collaborate, and learn through hands-on experiences instead of passive listening. I also develop my own learning materials using digital tools, which enables me to design engaging and visually appealing resources. In addition, I place greater emphasis on helping students develop essential life skills, including creativity, communication, and problem-solving. These changes have challenged me to continuously adapt, reflect, and improve my teaching practices.

Overall, my experiences as both a learner and an educator have led me to realize that education today is more flexible, student-centered, and transformative, shaping not only academic growth but also personal development.
