I am a graduate student in the Department of Enterprise Management, Northwest A & F University, China. Focus of my study is on unemployment and labor markets, rural-urban migration. I have participated in several related research projects. Such as research on the Optimisation of Rural Labor Force in Shaanxi Province, and the Development of Rural Social Security Information System. The approach that I learnt to research is multi-disciplinary, combining economics and rural human resources with strong application to issues of social and public policy.
