  Dr. Leong Yow Peng is currently the Director Institute of Energy Policy & Research, and Principal Lecturer at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). He holds a PhD (Marketing) from Warwick Business School, UK; MBA from University of Ohio-Athens and B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri-Columbia, US. Professionally, he is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia and Institute of Marketing Malaysia. Besides teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students at UNITEN, he has vast industry experience with Tenaga Nasional spanning more than 30 years within the realm of Utility Business, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management.
