Prof. Bar Shalom Is the Head of the School of Education at the Ono Academic College in Israel. He has has done research in the following topics: Social entrpreneurship, psycho social approaches in education, Arab Jewish relations, Jewish identity, religious and secular encounter in Israel, relations between ethnic groups in Israel, Jewish Identity, Israel Diaspora relations and multicultural education. He served as Vice President, Chair of Education and Dean of students at the David Yellin College in Jerusalem. He also taught at Tel Aviv University Overseas school and serves as School Counselor at the Kedma School in Jerusalem.
