Public health professional with medical background. He has served in the health sector as a health worker and as a leader working with United Nations, Governments and districts while partnering with Non Governmental organizations and Civil society to deliver essentail health services in Uganda, South Sudan and Sierra Leone. He has conducted public health assessments, supported Routine Immunization, Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response and Supplementary Immunization Activities planning, implementation and monitoring while building capacity of health workers and managers at national and sub national levels. He has profound experience in humanitarian relief and response with principles of building back better. Ssentamu Simon Kaddu has a passion for quality improvement and is a fellow of the International Society for Quality in Health care (FISQua)
