I have always had a passion for teaching. I became a Golden Apple Scholar in 2011. I attended Illinois State University and Eastern Illinois University for Undergraduate school. I graduated from EIU in 2015. After I gradauated, I began teaching at Urbana High School. I enjoy teaching and learning from my students daily. I have learned that I am more than a teacher... to my students I am a mom, confidant, cheerleader, mentor and soo much more. Truly a rewarding profession!
