...MoreI am currently undertaking a PhD research project exploring the insights of older women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. Presently I work as a lecturer in Social Work at Deakin University, Australia. Prior to this I worked as a social work practitioner for 23 years, mainly with women who had experienced family violence but also in the fields of child protection, foster care, crisis care and primary health. I am interested in the application of critical theoretical perspectives to inform social work practice.
