Susan Sproule is an assistant professor at the Goodman School of Business. She teaches business modelling and operations. She came to academia from a background in engineering, construction and management. Susan has a B.Eng. (Civil), M.B.A. and a Ph.D. (Management Science/Information Systems), all from McMaster University. Susan's research interests are in how people and organizations use information systems.
