...MoreI am a motivated, high energy educator with 9 years of demonstrated track record in fostering student learning. On completion of my Masters in Chemistry and in Education, I worked in secondary as well as tertiary education sectors. I treasure my experience in Australia, the U.K. and India, occupying various roles ranging from Casual Teacher to Lecturer in Education. My current research focuses on self-efficacy of teachers. I am interested in learning about educational systems of different countries, especially about teacher education systems and would like to learn to what extent the pre-service education is preparing teachers to meet the demands of the profession.
