Simonetta Armondi has graduated in Architecture in Venice University (IUAV).
She holds a PhD and a Master in Environmental and Territorial Planning in Milan Polytechnic, where she is involved in research activities about changing productive settlements, contemporary spatial patterns, and planning strategies.
She has done research on partnership building, and project strategies in territorial development policies within EU funded Programs, and she has worked in EU funded research project about evaluation policies at the regional and national level.
Now she is post doc researcher and she teaches Territorial development policies in the Milan Polytechnic School of Architectureand Society (Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Planning).
Her research is focused on the territorial change in productive settlements, shrinking territories, etc.
