Sidika Arli is a fashion designer from Turkey. She started her master course in 1989 and has occupied a Research Assistant position at the Department of Applied Arts in the Gazi University up to 1999. She graduated from Gazi University specializing in applied arts in 1999, after his Ph.D. she became an Assistant Professor at the Anadolu University. Her main research interests include fashion design education and experimental design and research work in recent years has been about sustainability. Dr. Arli has been over 20 years experience in Fashion design and applications. She has several publications (including articles, conference papers) and exhibitions in this field. She lectures fashion project, fashion illustration, experimental design, batik and sustainable design at the university. She works since 2007 Atilim University Department of Fashion and Textile Design in Ankara.
