  I have two backgrounds of educational disciplines . My first and second degrees are in the field of Islamic studies from local university but my Ph.D is in Public administration in Malaysia.Therefore my academic interest is in two major fields i.e Islam and administration.I also did my study in the area of women leadership. I've edited a book title`An Effective governance in Malaysia'and now is writing another book title `civil servant ethics in Malaysia: An Islamic Perspective'. I have presented more than 100 papers locally in the area of values & ethics, conflict management,strategic planning and general motivational topics on Islam, Islamic administration and women leadership in Islam.Several presentations were presented in overseas including Greece,South Africa, Brunei and Singapore.I was appointed as a head of department from 1998-2004 and deputy director from April -August 2006 and now serving as a senior lecturer in comparative administration in my Academy.
