Samantha Kilbourne received her BA in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside in 2009. Her undergraduate internship was completed at a dual-diagnosis rehabilitation center in Bloomington, CA. She graduated with her Psy.D. from the California School of Forensic Studies at Alliant International Univeristy, San Diego in 2014. She completed her graduate practicum work at a crisis house and working with Juvenile Firesetters and burn survivors. While working with the Juvenile Firesetters, she was also actively involved in developing and expanding this site and its services for the community as well as for future clinical forensic psychology practicum students. She completed her internship at Aurora Behavioral Health Care in San Diego where she worked with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and military personnel with acute psychiatric illnesses in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
