I am a parent, teacher and researcher exploring the implications of ecological psychology for designing learning environments that are implicitly inclusive. Currently I am researching how the organisation of space for self-directed engagement can affect an increased understanding of children as learners, and promote the increased involvement of family and community in school based pedagogy, improving the capacity of the school to cater to a diversity of learners.
