For the past six years she is conducting research focusing on business coaching in organisations. She has recently embarked on diversifying coaching as a tool to enhance research output in Institutions of Higher Education. She supervises Masters Candidates and has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences. She is conducting qualitative research workshops for a number of Institutions of Higher Education.
