Rehana Masrur Khan, PhD, is a professor and former head in the Department of Secondary Teacher Education at Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad (Pakistan). She carries about 30 years of teaching and research experience. Dr. Rehana possesses vast experience of curriculum development in evaluation and measurement at post-graduate level. She received her doctorate degree in Education (Research & Evaluation) from University of the Philippines Systems, Diliman, Philippines in 1990. She was a Post-doc visiting scholar at Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1995. Dr. Rehana has conducted various research projects with the collaboration of Asian Development Bank, University Grants Commission, Pakistan and Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA. She has participated in various international and national conferences in USA, Philippines, Malaysia and Pakistan. She has authored several research papers published in national and International Research Journals beside a text book on Research Methodology.
