Nikos Sidiropoulos works as a scientific associate at the Thrace Branch of the Institute of Language and Speech Processing which belongs to Research Centre “Athena”. He finished his Bachelor and Master Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Democritus University of Thrace and he has being working at the ILSP since 1997. He has been participating in several national and European projects and his area of interest has been in the development of internet applications and databases. His work includes the development of monolingual or bilingual language e-learning platforms, educational corpora, electronic morphological and bilingual dictionaries, digital archives and informational portals for culture and tourism.
