Dr. Stockall is an Associate Professor at Sam Houston State University where she teaches and conducts research on teacher education and inclusive practices for young children with disabilities. Dr. Stockall taught and administered programs in the public school system for nineteen years. At the university level,she has taught both undergraduate and graduate students for fifteen years. She has contributed extensively to the field of education both nationally and internationally through peer reviewed journals and conferences using an applied semiotic approach in education.
