...More(Born September 15, 1984) In addition to extensive traditional training in Arabic and Islamic studies in Egypt, I hold a BA from al-Azhar University in philosophy and Kalam, and an MA in Muslim Cultures at The Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisations-The Aga Khan University (ISMC-AKU) in London. I have supervised and assisted many colleagues at the London School of Economic and the University of California in their doctoral research in a variety of areas in Islamic and modern history. I have also worked in the area of translation in different contexts.
