I obtained a LLM (Corporate Law) from the International Islamic University in Islamabad in 2006 and LLB from same university in 2004. The topic of his LLM dissertation was “Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in Pakistan”. I hold the National Law University Pakistan PhD scholarship and other as well. I was visiting lecturer IIUI from 2005-2007. I have also been practicing as an advocate of the High Court of Pakistan. I am currently studying for a PhD on the subject of ‘Copyright and Electronic Media.’ My thesis considers questions of enforcement and implementation as regards to copyright law. I have published and submitted articles in Journals and presented intellectual work in international conferences all over the world such as US, UK Belgium and others.My primary research interests are in TV Broadcasting Laws, Internet Broadcasting Laws, Intellectual Property Rights and International Business Transactions.
