  Currently an academic in the Human Resource Management Department based in the Faculty of Human and Social Development in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). UUM is a specialised management public university in northern Peninsula Malaysia. My research works are mainly in the human resource management (HRM) and knowledge management area.
