Monica Norberg works as a lecturer at Uppsala University Campus Gotland. Monica's teaching subject is leadership and quality management, with a
speciality in diversity. She has three degrees from Sweden, a BA from
Dalarna University, MBA from Stockholm University, and a MPA from Karlstad
University. Monica is now a doctoral student at Walden University, US, and
her research area is about diversity and storytelling. She has earlier worked as as an army officer, as a principal in school, as a manager in the health care, and as a teamleader for people with problems with alcohol and drugs. Her checkered background gives her a broad experience that she use in her teaching situation and in her research - to accept differences is an extremely important factor in today's diverse world.
