Moira Fallon, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the State University of New York, College at Brockport in the Department of Education and Human Development. Moira Fallon earned her Ph.D. in Educational Foundations with specialties in cognitive development and special education. She has over thirty years of experience in the field of special education in public schools. She has conducted research for more than twenty five years in standards based instruction in special education for students with disabilities. She has an extensive background in working with instructors and in improving the quality of instruction. Dr. Fallon has published widely in issues of inclusion and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Dr. Fallon has a number of significant research projects in inclusive instruction in higher education and is a member of the advisory board for the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CELT) at the State University of New York – College at Brockport.
