  Minna Salminen-Karlsson has been researching the area gender-technology-organization-education, with particular focus on ICT technologies. Her research includes gender studies on engineering education and other kinds of technical education as well as gendered conditions, such as situated learning and career building, in high-tech work places, both in private computer companies and in technical and scientific disciplines in the academy, in Sweden and in a European perspective.
