He is assessor of the EFQM’s European Excellence Award and a Senior Assessor of the German Quality Award (LEP). His core competencies are process-, project-, and human resource management. In addition he holds a lectureship at the University of Wuppertal for TQM and has authored, co-authored and edited numerous books and papers in the field of quality management.
