Ph.D. in Geography. Associated Professor at the Human Geography Department (Complutense University of Madrid). Head of the Complutense research group: Innovation in teaching & learning geography under the EHEA. Vicepresident of EUROGEO. Member of the Board of the Spanish Real Sociedad Geográfica (RSG), a founder member of EUROGEO. Member of the board of the Didáctica Geográfica journal. She is involved in training teachers and teaching Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Her main research subjects are focused on teaching and learning geography with GIT, sustainability in cities (migrations, dwelling prices…) and the Spanish dehesa landscape.
