I conduct research and teach in the areas of gender issues in organisations and strategic leadership. I am looking at developing a programme exploring diverity in organisations as part of a cross-faculty initiative. I have recently enrolled to do a PhD where I will be exploring leadership development as it relates to mangers in higher education in the UK. Less
