Lisa McDonald is an interdisciplinary writer and scholar and currently a Mid-Career Research Fellow in the Digital Futures-Collaborative Research Network at the University of Southern Queensland. Prior to this appointment she operated a research and education consultancy in South Australia, and, across the previous decade or so, held a number of teaching and research positions at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia. Her research interests include cultural studies, theory and research, poetic strategies, affective writing and humanities-arts-science relations. She is currently preparing a manuscript that critically addresses the multiple (and digital) literacies of older Australians.
