My undergraduate degree was Psychology from where I had the opportunity to acquire experience of counseling first-year students and learning-disabled children.
I have completed MSc. in Management and Human Resources from University of Worcester in the year 2010-2011where I was able to gain knowledge on other General Management modules such as Finance, Marketing, Operations and Business Strategy.
I am currently studying toward a doctorate degree at Worcester Business School UK, where I am looking into Men's Work-life balance: a case study of the Police Force.
I am also enrolled on a 'Post-Graduate Certificate Course on Learning and Teaching in Higher Education' to develop the skills necessary for teaching, learning and assessment.
In terms of work responsibilities, I have individually organised various teaching seminars and lectures related to topics on Diversity in the workplace, Organisational Change and Development and Human Resource Management.
I have also been a part-time consultant for a Care Home Company where I supervised the financial accounts and the overall maintenance of a Retirement Home.
