I am a final year PhD student within the Rehabilitation Sciences school at the University of East Anglia with a real interest in health promotion in older clinical populations. I have a background in Sport and Exercise Science but now focus predominantly on qualitative methods, health and social psychology and patient experience through the use of in-depth interviews and focus groups. I hope, through my research, to encourage physical activity engagement in more hard to reach populations, as well as better educate health professionals and policy makers to the unique preferences for physical activity within our ageing population.
