Keeratiporn Jutaviriya obtained her Ph.D. in Comparative Culture and Area Studies from the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of the Ryukyus, Japan. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University. She has published a variety of books and papers including
