  K. Papanikolaou Received her BSc in Physics in 1993 from Imperial College London and her PhD in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with specialty in Telecommunications, form University College London in 2000. She received a BT and EPSERC scholarship for the PhD studies that specialized in the provision of broadband interactive services such as VoD from a distributed network of servers. In 2000 she was employed by Cyprus College and served her School and Department by various positions. Today she is Associate Prof. at the European University, Cyprus. Her research interests include computer networks, wireless senor networks, multimedia multicasting, web engineering, e-Commerce and e-Learning. She has participated in EU funded and locally funded research projects. She has published in the areas of computer networks, e-Learning and e-Commerce.
