  I am graduated MSc. (The Technology of Environmental Management) from Mahidol University in 1987. I worked at Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning since 1987. Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) is one agency of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Its duties are on formulation of conservation and management policy and plan on natural resources and environment and bringing them into practice, as well as monitoring of environmental impacts in accordance with measures and provisions given in the EIA report, in order to strengthen national economy and support sustainable development and quality of life. I worked at Office of Environmental Impact Evaluation. My duty was concern to appraise Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports on projects which tend to cause significant impacts on environmental quality. The projects to be assessed include both government’s and private’s. In 2003, I am graduated PhD. (Integrated Science) from Thammasat University. Then I worked at Urban Environment and Area Planning Division which related to my thesis and my duty was to formulate policy and plan for natural resources and environment conservation and administrative management.
