...MoreAs Deputy Head Learning & Teaching I report to the Dean of School and have a close working relationship with the College Dean of Academic Development. The focus of this position is on leadership through influencing, facilitation, mentoring, strategy development, policy implementation and change management.
As Deputy Head Learning & Teaching I oversee all teaching & learning activity across both sectors (VET and HE) and all fund sources (onshore, offshore, industry training).
In this position I am responsible for development of a school wide policy and strategy developed to reflect University and College strategic directions in relation to teaching and learning.
