...MoreJoseph Adwere-Boamah is an Associate professor of Education at Shirley Hufstedler School of Education, Alliant International University, San Francisco Campus. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in Higher Education in1970. He completed a Post- doctoral fellowship in Quantitative Methods and Educational Planning from UC Berkeley. Prior to joining AIU’s Shirley Hufstedler School of Education from retirement in 2001, he was an Assistant Superintendent of Planning, Research and Policy Development in Oakland Unified School District in California. His current interests include classical music, opera and African music.
