John Posey is the Director of Resarch for the East-West Gateway Council of Governments, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the St. Louis metropolitan area. Previous positions include Director of Policy for the State of New Jersey, Division of Family Development, and research analyst for the City of St. Louis. He holds a Ph.D. from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, and currently serves on the U.S. federal advisory committee overseeing the forthcoming National Climate Assessment.
