  Born sixty yeasr ago, attended and graduated from colleges both in Nigeria and the United States of America. Attended and graduated from Southwest Baptist College, Bolivar, Missouri; New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary; and the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, where he obtained his Ph.D. degree in Adult and Continuing Education on August 13, 1983. He is married, and blessed with children. He has worked and served in different positions both as a teacher and administrator.He also served as the Head and Director of the Department of Continuing Education of Obafemi Awolowo University at various time, which spanned for over eight years. He has more than twenty five publications in different and reputable Journals across the world. He is a member of many academic and professional organizations. I was also a foundation member of the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education. He has attended and presented papers at conferences both nationally and internationally.
