I work across interdisciplinary arts art, architecture and design for installation and performance settings. Currently in my 2nd year of PhD study with Leeds Metropolitan University in Art where I received a Bursary, my research examines site-specific frames for the body in Edgeland spaces under the title Along Horizontality. Research interests encompass site-specific art, sculpture, drawing in spatial practices, drawing and technology, cultural spatial practices, uncanny architecture, and cross boundary work with anthropology and architecture. Having received the Vice Chancellors Award for my MA at the University of Derby I have gone on to teach at Leeds College of Art and the University of Derby in Art & Design Theory and Practice. My work in alternative sites has received Arts Council Awards. I have presented papers at conferences on Affecting Landscape and interactivity, and collaborated on art publications. Last year a short article on the Frame and drawing process was published with Loughborough University Drawing Journal.
