  Dr Jean Claude Ah-Teck is currently an Education Officer in Mauritius. He earned his PhD in Educational Leadership at Deakin University (Australia). Prior to this, he was a Commonwealth Scholar at the University of Liverpool (UK), where he received a BSc (First Class Honours) in Mathematics. He also held a prestigious Simcoe Special Fellowship at the University of Toronto (Canada), where he completed an MSc in Pure Mathematics and worked as Graduate Teaching Assistant. He further holds a PGCE in Mathematics Education from Homerton College of the University of Cambridge (UK), and an MA in Educational Management from the University of Bath (UK).
