My job is to build the capacity of education managers and planners at all levels of the education system.I conduct training needs analysis to determine the needs of the institute clients.I also design courses on education management for the training of education executives at all levels'In addition, i facilitate in the training of this executive using experiential learning .I also provide consultancy services to Unicef and the Britsh Council.My background is in education management with special focus on human resources development, education reforms and learning strategies.Ihave a special interst in higher education, gender and human resources development as well as Health issues.
