Jim White received his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science/Sport Management with a minor in Psychology from Bemidji State University, Bemidji MN in 1994. He was awarded a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kentucky in 1997. In 2007 Jim was awarded a Ph.D. in Human Development with an emphasis on Wellness from North Dakota State University Jim has attained certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (Exercise Specialist) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). Jim has employed in the fitness/health/rehabilitation field for 15 years. Jim worked in MeritCare Health System (Fargo, ND) Cardiac Rehabilitation department for 8 years as an Exercise Physiologist working with patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary disease. Jim was also in involved in the creation and implementation of Faithfully Fit Forever, a faith community based health promotion program. Currently, Jim is Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Education, Health and Sport at Bemidji State University.
