  Dr. Ngumah, H.C. is a painter,sculptor as well as an art historian. He studied Fine & Applied Arts at University of Benin, Benin City for his degree program. He obtained his Masters and Ph.D.in Art History from University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1998 and 2003 respectively. Dr. Ngumah is a Principal lecturer at Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria and currently the head, Department of Applied Arts. He has to his credit well over 50 papers published in accredited journals and participates in conferences/seminars.He also has featured in many group exhibitions and editor to many journals. Less
