Hessam Mohseni is a PhD candidate in Civil Engineering at RMIT University. He works part time as an analyst in asset strategy team at the Port of Melbourne Corporation. Hessam obtained his Master of Structural Engineering in 2009 from the University of Melbourne after years of experience in industrial construction sites and oil and gas consultancy firm. His research areas have been dynamic analysis of structures due to earthquake and wind, deterioration prediction and optimised decision making in infrastructure management projects.
