...MoreGeetha is currently a PhD candidate at the Sustainable Consumption Institute (SCI) and the department of Textile and Paper, Univeristy of Manchester, UK. Geetha's PhD is supported by the prestigious Dorothy Hodgkin postgraduate award and the SCI CDT studentship. Her research explores sustainable end-of-life solutions for the textile and clothing waste. Prior to her PhD position, Geetha has worked as a lecturer in clothing technology at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, and also held executive positions at a leading apparel manufacturing company in Sri Lanka.
