for the educational needs of the lower and middle class of the society. I have
worked in various committees like paper setter,examiner,syllabus & structure
designing for Pune and Nashik University.I had presented research papers in
various National conferences held in Mumbai,Aurangabad and Pune Universities. I
have Received a Research fellowship for doing Ph.D.and the work is nearing to
completion. The title of the research is "Agony To Identity; A comparative Study
of The Afro-American And Dalit Women Writers, Which will help me ultimately
to fulfill my dream to do something for the Dalit women And perhaps help the
entire women kind to improve their confidence, in order to bring about the much
required social transformation, which is only possible through non-violent means
based on Buddhist phylosophy, embraced by the Great Dalit Leader Dr.Babasaheb
Ambedkar.
